Re: Memory Foam Mattress
Don't want to spoil the party but we had one ( a Sealy one) - thickish memory foam topper and both of us hated it. Problem was it was too warm. Tried less covers etc but neither of us could sleep. We tried this out for ages in the shop and it felt fine. Despite involving the shop and eventually a vi...

If it's a limited company you can check at
www.companieshouse.gov.uk
and click on webcheck - look at the status - if it's active it's still going.

Decorative lines on mounts
As a newbie I'm getting in to this and wonder what you all use?
So far I've tried the usual ruling pen with Lion metallic and also Everest ruling inks.
Also the Pilot gold and silver pens which are fast and easy but expensive.
Any hints/tips advice most welcome.
Thanks.
Peter

With the wonderful gift of hindsight perhaps you should have sorted this out when you made the arrangement.
Perhaps say that in return for the discount you have given you require to put your label on the frames.
If he won't play then let him go.

Re: best way to store moulding
Reading this has anyone ever done a financial "break even " comparison of chop service to cut your own? For a new starter like me, with low volumes, chop has it's attractions. No Morso to buy, space used for something else, ditto cash, no cash in stock-holding, no moulding to store :D Cons...

A dog was sitting next to his owner at the movies. He was barking excitedly and wagging his tail every time the hero was on screen, and growling ferociously every time the villain appeared. The man sitting behind them, totally fascinated by what he sees, taps the owner on the shoulder and says, &quo...

In my previous business Norwich Union were the only company interested. This was through a specialised commercial broker. The business insurance companies can be quite sniffy about what they will and will not insure. If they arrange an inspection beware, as they are far more stringent than Health &a...

A fellow bought a new Mercedes and was out on an interstate road for a nice evening drive. The top was down, the breeze was blowing through his hair and he decided to open her up. As the needle jumped up to 80mph he suddenly saw a flashing red and blue light behind him. "There ain't no way they...

Two friends meet each other on the street. "Hello! Where are you coming from?" asked Bill. "Oh, don't ask me! I'm coming from the cemetery. I just buried my mother-in-law" replied Sid. "I'm so sorry!" said Bill, "But why is your face scratched all over?". &quo...

They collect nectar, pollen and propolis - all from plants. Perhaps one of these items in the soil?
Are you sure they are honeybees?
Have heard of "mining" bees that seal their nests with soil, but I thought these were solitary.

Many moons ago went on a purchasing course - was before the days of "supply chain" gobbledygook, only thing I remember from it was " a pound saved purchasing is a pound extra profit" - it's true.
Have to sell a lot of pounds to get that same pound profit.

Newbie question - archival
Apologies if this has been covered before but I've done a search and I'm none the wiser. What exactly is arhival quality? I understand the 3 grades commonly used - museum, conservation and standard but keep seeing products described as archival. What's got my interest are the various tapes in the Li...
