I have an ebor 48" tee square for long cuts & a 40" Mapped edge one I got from lion aalso suitable for using frameco glass cutter on :)

My alter ego as A dark age warrior is coming to the fore, I just finished cleaning my sword's & starting on armour repair's ready for the season. (well hitting people by agreement is a great stressbuster)

It all depend's on the size of offcut, some of the larger bit's are used by local art student's or myself for iether painting on or slumpwork
broken glass removed from thing's brought in for repair goes into a bucket out doors & smashed then another bucket over the top, my partner takes it with him ...

I have a range of varied depth pairs of pieces of wood mitered at both end's & stick them onto the rebate rest with double sided tape, you still get the adjustability & the tape cleans off easily with lighter fuel or zest it, cheap & easy :D

I have an old 1960's pistorius underpinner which work's perfectly, I use the roller stand's for big frames & they are so easy to move around even in a small workshop like mine, they are also used when I need to stain or paint long length's of moulding or as extra support when on the morso ...
