Underpinner wanted.

Hi,
I am looking for a secondhand underpinner (foot operated). Something bombproof like,say,Pistorious.
Limited budget so nothing too expensive.
I am based in Glasgow but will travel to uplift (preferably within a 200 mile radius but flexible dependant on deal.)
