Bosch Battery Glue Guns

Has anyone got any experience in using the Boschr 7.2 PLO glue gun. If so could they kindly report back if they found it useful in the workshop. In particular, how quick does it warm up and if it creates the usual spiders web.

Re: Enough lurking, this is what i can do.

Welcome, to the forum. I'm currently on resettlement from the RAF and intended on becoming a full time framer although I've subsequently re-evaluated my plans, owing to a great job offer. Don't be put off by being a hobby framer, you've clearly got the skills, I think you'll soon discover that your ...

Re: Man with a Van ?

My latest business purchase has been a bright orange (EX RAC) FORD CONNECT, known effectually as the 'Flying Carrot'. Just the sight of the 'Carrot' causes my wife to cringe and she has flatly refused to drive or be driven in it. The Carrot is due to be sign written this weekend which will enable me...

Re: VAT Scam?

This is one of several Phishing scams currently doing the rounds. There is a very similar one which utilises Paypal as its backbone, but all have the potential for you to fall into the scammers trap. DELETE do not open or visit any links.

Re: Framing a 3000 piece jigsaw

Steve, it’s a shame your not 3 inches tall as I’d love to keep you in my top pen pocket and bring you out when ever I’ve got a mounting issue. Fantastically answered and the reason I view this forum on a daily basis.

Re: Planning Consent Class

Thank you for the advice...why is everything such a battle, you'd think that the council would be falling over me to help and offer advice as it can only be good for the area to have one of the many empty shops filled with a tax payer. Not just TAX him'till he bleeds. I'll revisit the site and see i...

Re: Planning Consent Class

Finally concluded with Local Planning that the classification most suited would be ( sui-generis ) owing to having both a shop front (a1) and a work shop(b1), but the official guide to picture framing according to a secret little book that the planners go from shows it to be B1... So still no furthe...

Have found a place that has a shop front with separate workshop at the rear (this completely separate building that was utilised as storage by the previous user and was included within the rateable value for the building) the Local Plan...

Re: Typical Turnaround ?

Just recently I’ve discovered that my time management skills are not as honed as I often give myself credit for….*note to self, ‘Step into the real word’*. I’m slowly becoming bogged down with framing orders and although I haven’t let anyone down yet, I’m quickly discovering that my IN TRAY is causi...

Re: WANTED PRICING CHART

I’d be interested in a little feed back regarding how far out the prices on the chart were against personal pricing programmes. My intention is to provide this to a shop who will offer my services and whilst not as accurate as I would like, it does ensure that I make a profit. I’ll look into a licen...
