I'm fairly new to framing and have been given a signed Lowry print to re-mount. It has to match the existing now rather manky double mount which consists of a pale blue outer and dark blue inner. Thanks very much for your very helpful reply - I will be on to them first thing in the morning. No, I didn't mention mount cutting, but I have also invested in a mountcutter after struggling with the wrong tools! In fact it was after being able to cut consistently accurate mounts and teaching myself...
