You fell for that one as well John. I thought it was only me! I think it says it all that the following year they dont come back and ask you if you want to advertise again. we did the same three years ago in the local Tescos. we'd just re-located, and thought it wouldn't do any harm. Dont think we e...

Nothing wrong with any of it, new workbench forces sale due to lack of space and its all backup stuff we never use, and so in the condition you'd e...

I'd forgotten all about Buccaneer! I think we might have dealt with them years ago until the rep vanished, like the ones for the westcountry do (to paraphrase league of gentlemen -we didn't burn him ;) ) Theres a nice one on there, thats looking a distinct possibility with the race day ticket. Cheer...

we use west cornwall saw services who collect in many areas of the westcountry weekly, for your area you might try Venton Enterprises, (w devon) as they have a van service to dorset. I believe they recently changed the contractor who used to do their blades for them. They may even have the proper mo...

thanks for the replies. yes the correx/coruplast is the same stuff. I have a vinyl sign cutting machine for in-shop use, thats how I stumbled upon using it for frames. It looks like a better price in the US! I find it pretty economical, as it doubles up as pretty good rigid packing material for post...

we use an alfamacchine and framer PF underpinners. We've got hard wood wedges, but I dont think anyone has opened a box for about three years. Standards seem to do the job in everything, even stacking 3-up in ash with the italian machine. come to think of it, everything seems to get done with 10mm s...

Thanks Alan, i guess its in good enough shape to sell on as it is. after all its still working properly, just looking a bit leary in red hammerite and with all the replacement parts over the years, various nuts and bolts and knobs- its a 1974 model after all! We toyed with the idea of one of the pne...
