Re: CMC - basic info please

Thanks for the feedback Topcat, I plugged for the Gunnar in the end (was stalked by the rep, who's probably reading this. LOL) but this was after watching countless you tube vid's and getting the price down within budget - looking forward to delivery and all the extras I will be able to offer my cus...

Re: CMC - basic info please

I know this is an old post but can I ask Topcat what you went for in the end and how are you finding it ? as am at that "which one" stage now ! they all look to do about the same in cutting mounts etc. To me the Gunnar looks better but cant afford the vacuum bed, so that puts the Wizard 9000Z into t...

Re: Check your Arqadia invoices for Carriage Charges.

Since their wonderful change to lash up Juhl, I had loads of stupid invoices and carriage charges, I have 14 for feb !! only ordered 5 times, have asked my rep to come in and see me so he can organise credits but so far no answer - today a rep from another company tells me he thinks he has left - we...

larson juhl samples warning

Just a warning as have just received all my Larson invoices and they are now charging carriage for their samples !! at £6 + vat a pop, wish I had known about this change of policy as that's the most expensive piece of moulding I've bought at nearly £80 a metre - no wonder I haven't seen the rep this...

Re: SUMUP Credit Card Reader

I use sumup and find it great, better than a contract one which has some dubious wording and catches !! just add the 1.69% into you costings and thats what you pay, you get a daily sheet from them when they pay you which some each transaction and what the charges were - amex takes a little longer bu...

Re: Mouldings defects/damage

I create about damage, defects and quality all the time and Arqadia will credit or resupply very quickly and are taking up a quality issue for me as they were also unaware of a manufacturer changing the base material, they also pack as I ask , Centrado deliver on their own vans and will put extra wr...

Re: Lion deliveries - a warning

Kicked them into touch as a supplier !! they seem to want it all their own way and us customers are an inconvenience, and when told so, they are rude to you about it !! and that was from the managing director, so took my min £50 orders elsewhere
