I use a half inch triton in a dakota router table, it is excellent and has the advantage of being able to change bits while the router stays in the table. The new model also allows height adjustment from above the table. The dust extraction is also very clever.

Thanks for the response. we are re-framing a 250 year old oil painting (stretched canvas), the current frame has a leather wrapped liner :wink: which the customer liked, but it is beyond salvaging. In the last 6 mnths I've sold two Morso on eBay. Both for around £500. Both with sliding scale/stops and both with spare blades. It is worth waiting for one you can afford.

Personally, I would not pay for samples on principle. Don't they want you to sell their range?
