swept frame restoration

Hi, im in Boston Lincolnshire. Im looking for someone locally if possible that would have a look at an old swept frame that needs restoring for a customer. If anyone has any ideas id be very grateful. Tried to attach a photo (if its worked) to give you an idea of what its like.
Thanks

?Supplier of name mounts?

Hi
Im in Boston, Lincolnshire. Im looking for someone that has a computerised mount cutter and is able to do personalised name mounts. It will be a small quantity ie one at a time. Ideally in this area so i can come and collect them.
Thanks
