Well if I am not mis remembering, that lever marginally adjusts the cutting position. So slightly further out would still cut through the majority of the frame width, and the lever would allow you to finalise the finished cut by taking off the last slither and giving a nice smooth clean mitred cut r...

Hi In my experience it could be a few different things; Having the wedge too close to the edge is the most likely (I usually put the last wedge at a 3rd of the width away) although having a driver blade pushing the wedge up too firmly is also another area to look into, but pretty sure you would have...

Wanted Mountcutter

Hi

I am looking to buy either a mountcutter. Only really interested in 48" versions of Laser, Ultimat gold or Fletcher 2100/2200. Willing to travel a reasonable distance.
