Hi Paul,

The whole board IIRC is 600 x 700mm.... the balls are approximately 7mm in diameter, spaced approx 2-3mm apart.

We generally charge double the cut price for a V groove (my arguement is the blade goes around the same shape twice).

For intricate or 'different' designs we charge between £1.25 and £5 depending on the difficulty rating or the amount of cuts making up a collective 'shape'.

My Dad uses his Tom Tom (6 i think) on his PDA for his work as a Private Investigator....obviously this job takes him all over the place and locations can be changed at any given moment.....he swears by it.

I've got a much smaller set up, Tom Tom mobile 3, (I havent bought the new software yet ...
