So am I reading this correctly.Most of you never get any gaps in corner joints at all.Warped moulding excepted...

Why not make a Slider or slip over frame.This is a box made from thin timber or fillet, with an outer frame (cover) that slips over the front of the box.This can then be taken off to remove any debris...

I thought the sample moulding chevron looked too large for the picture, but the finished frame looks fantastic and just the right width, in my oppinion.It looks excellent in position...

Sorry Prospero.It`s a MAGNIFICENT frame.No offence, but in my oppinion, I think it looks a bit wide for the picture...
