It has decent, well maintained professional machinery and storage. I've been toying with the idea of renting it out maybe for a set number of ...

chipped/jagged mouldings

Hello,I'm having a problem with jagged and chipped cuts on the morso. These are particularly bad on matt black and white painted wood mouldings, especially on the sides of the frame(the front facing cut is not usually an issue). The morso blades have been sharpened recently. An opinions or solutions ...

Adding strength to a frame/

Hello,I need a few ideas on strengthening a fairly large frame. I've just framed an old map for a commercial job(130w x 70h cm). It's going to have springlock security fixings(hang plates at the top, lockable bridge at the bottom). Because of the moulding chosen and the width,it just doesn't feel qui...

Does anybody have any tips for cutting large sheets of 2mm glass? The sheets are 48 x 36 inches.
I have a hand tool glass cutter and a keencut 4000. Foolishly I ordered them too big and am having trouble getting a clean break with either method. Any advice very welcome.
