We have two sets of unusable Morso blades, at the last service the engineer put a steel ruler across the long edge of the blade, carefully holding up to the light ,you could see a slight bow, this can be caused by the blades overheating during the sharpening process, these blades will not make a goo...

Is it just me or is the quality of this product going down the pan ? I know its made for a price but the last few weeks have seen more and more marks and dents under the protection wrapping ,which must have been sent out from the factory like that, colour changes in the foils , profiles not matching...

not your average framer, dismantling the system4000 is quite easy, if you have your keencut manual just follow the installation section and reverse, if not ask the kind people at keencut for a copy or advise.

a customer brought in 4 framed papyrus today- stored in an attic for the last four years and now badly buckled - having taken one apart and found the mount glued with spray mount to the work, the mount came away easily due to the damp no doubt, the customer would like them flat as new ! so any ideas...
