Serious upselling though, just curious as to how many frames she ordered from you?

I used one of these before my CMC, I found that I'd get shallow hooks about every two months.
The answer I found was to just reduce my blade depth and loosen then re tighten the bearings.

It worked for me, you never know it might work on yours.
