I have tried using different methods and the one I keep going back to is probabaly the simplist....I use lots of thin paper an...

I get what your saying robo.....I do try my best with giving rough quotes but always try and say to customers that its best for them to come in to the shop so we can get the best frame mount etc for them to suit their picture and budget. I dont see how you can say that you 'suggest a mount for that'...

Just had a customer in asking for a price for 3 backing boards cut to size. They weren't big boards but I gave him the price and he questioned the cost saying that he knows the real cost price of these boards. I cant remember getting into this business to sell customers framing/materials at 'cost' p...

Thanks for your help guys. I have contacted simons and have now managed to get a great price from them.....which saves me having to take the moulding in and cutting myself. Would only save a quid or two each frame if I did it all myself. Fair enough its £100-£200 but the amount of time i'll save, it...

Thanks Graham,
I'll have a look and see if I can find this nut and bush
Prospero, Yes when I first got the morso I thought this might be the case so replaced the blades. It did help but only lasted a week or so....therefore must be a problem with the morso.
Thanks guys,

Hi all, Im looking for a little help. On looking closer it seems to me that the tip of...

Thanks for your reply prospero. Much appreciated. I was thinking that might be the case. I did have a similar problem in the past when using the self adhesive mount board when the print started to detach itself from the board (which is why I then treated myself to a hot press) so I told a printing c...
