Re: Google Chrome

Hi,

I have been using it for months. It's pretty fast, easy to use, crashes every now and again.

I like it.

Re: Pricing sports shirts

We charge normal frame price, plus £70 for mounting the shirt, ie hand stitch to foam board cut to size.

Think this one was circa £220

But if people would like the cheap option, no mounts and up to the glass, could be as little as £99, but as John says, doing things properly £70 is way too low.

Re: Mouldings

Hi.

Spoke to Nielsen before xmas and just got their catalogues, I will check out the 'exclusive' range.

We carry 90% of LJ mouldings and I really do like them a lot.

Thanks or the Enrique Lopez link I will take a look. And I will check out Byron too.

Thanks Liam

Mouldings

Hi.

Bar Frinton (Excellent IMHO) and private view, do you know of any suppliers of high end/niche mouldings based in the UK?

They don't have to be swept/traditional, just interested in finding more unusual mouldings they the main few distributors have

THanks Liam

Re: VA Grade Perspex

I know G & M sell acrylic sheets but they did not have them big enough, but they had to go to another supplier to get UV filter in that size, and I am waiting on knowing if they can supply "Perspex® VA Grade" "Perspex VA is an advanced UV grade acrylic sheet giving excellent ultra...

Hi, i had done, had quotes from 279+vat down to 75+vat which seems a big price difference.

G &M initially said they could not supply in that size accept the 3.5k a sheet 6mm tru vue, then they came back with a 3mm uv filter acryilic @ 112+vat

I was surprised g &m dont sell it.

I am trying to source a piece of VA Grade Perspex size of around 270x93cm

I have had quote of 270+ VAT for 4mm and 235+ VAT for 3mm.

My questions are.

a) have any of your used VA Grade Perspex before?

b) Any tips on where to source it?

Many Thanks Liam

Re: Suggestion

Hi,

I have mine set up to be able to price to the various fine art guild standards, and 20 characters is too few to describe exactly what level is being sold.

If you can stretch to a few extra characters in a future release it would help us out

Thanks Liam

Suggestion

Hi John, Hope you are well.

Please see the attached image, and the highlighted fields, in particuar the mount field, is there any chance of making this field longer in the next update of estlite? Its just that some of our descriptions for mounting are longer than shows on screen.

Thanks Liam

Can I just ask, when you guys were quoting, were you including dry mounting? Also, if not, how would you be attaching the photos?

Apart from Simons and Arqadia, do you know of any UK importers of ready made frames, ie mass produced swept/decorative frames.
