This is not entirely unusual I would suggest to the customer to lift if off the wall if possible, even though this may not stop the problem it may help.

Maybe something to try if you have enough room is to pre fit backloander tabs in the frame and use the minimum amount of staples. We sometime have to do this.

Daler-Rowney have moved warehouse and are not delivering as normal. The conversation I had with a member of the phone team was they could not and would not prioritise any company and if I wanted to move suppliers I was welcome to.

We have customers who regularly send out packaged frames, if you customer chooses a good solid moulding and has regular sizes it would be best to have boxes made.
