The rep from Valiani accepted the shipment I didnt. After writing a letter to the distributor they came out and repaired most of it so I could get some work done. It was an expensive paper weight I had in my store!
I hope we are off to a better start and I can post how great this machine is.

I am returning this machine. It's dented , scratched missing parts. It's a paper weight in our store. They can't come out out until mid April to fix it. Unbelievable! Its a new machine. 30,000!

Hi all I am looking to cut large quantities of foam core. I cut them all with the flexcher but it takes too long. I am looking into the CMC's but they have waste because they don't cut to the edge. Is there a machine out there that cuts foam core ? Much thanks

I wondered if anyone has run into this problem. We are framing 32x44 pictures with glass it weighs 18lbs
We have had 3 customers complain the wire snapped at the same location. The wire is rated for 44lbs
We can only think the wire is defective.?
