I know what you mean! To be fair, sticking down the all in the inserts was the most time consuming part.

The whole frame is lined so nothing is touching the glass what so ever...This pic may help.

Its cut out from Arqadia mount board and it is our own SVG file that we sorted out within Illustrator. Punched it into V studio and the valiani cut it out in 15 mins

Just finished this little beauty, and really pleased with how it turned out. Doing things like this was the real reason we wanted a Valiani. Put it up in Kent last weekend.

Was going to ask about the indents. It is starting to show signs. I do have a spare wheel to hand but comparing the two, I think ive still got a bit more use out of the current wheel! I'll back the pressure off a wee bit and see how I get on!

I need to clean the wheel on the green head on my valiani as It is starting to mark my mount card when cutting...
Does any one have any top secret method that they're willing to share or is simply a case of a bit of hot soapy water...?

We have the Valiani Matt pro ultra and it really is an awesome bit of kit! The only thing that bugs me is the teething problems at the start with setting it up and getting used to it. But that was to be expected as i've been working with manual mount cutters for the past 5 years so it was a big chan...

Thanks for all the replies guys! like you guys said, the calibration needs sorting, particularly for the green head. . If the blade is too deep, then you are cutting further up the blade, which is wider, this can cause the type of cuts in your video, in effect the blade is too wide to cut the small ...

What machine have you got? Are you using V-Studio? Yes im using VStudio, great programme by the way. Find it really easy to use IMO! We have the Matt pro ultra 150.
