Hi Guys, hope you all had a wonderful xmas.

I had a nightmare before xmas as I had promised to do a few frames and had only just set up my machines etc in Ireland. Somehow in transit from England I managed to loose the bottom nut on my morso where the blade assembly attaches to the pedal mechanism ...

Hi All

Aine, Thanks for the tip and the advice re: colourmount barrier board.
If you were doing a "full" conservation job, would you use the same backing mount as you have used for the front mount? plus a conservation backing board like Artbak conservation?

Conservation backing mountboard and backing board

Hi Guys,
Second post from a newcommer, this is addictive!! :)
Picked up on this thread and wanted to ask the following;

I am trying to standardise my framing and would like to only use conservation grade mountboard. Was using Daler but am going to move over to Colourmount due to local supplier ...
