I have had the machine for a while now and have the blade depth just cutting the underlay (about 1mm) And just lived with the problem. As you advise, using the manual I can tune out any errors on the Mat guide and end-of-cut stop with the guide scales indicating close to zero. Done by doing a number...

Keencut Futura Overcuts
When calibrating and setting up for 1.4mm standard card, the adjuster on the start-of-cut finger is nearly at the end stop to avoid overcuts. Any change of card thickness puts it off the scale? So, am I doing something wrong? What have i missed? Any pointers appreciated
