Thanks for the info, there is a small hole on the neck of the regulator where the air is escaping from. Is the only option to replace the whole part?

Hi all I have just setup a second hand minigraf 4 underpinner in the garage and it is leaking air from this part, see attached. I don't know what this part is!!
