i didnt gert the fixing arms with the machine, but have lined up the support arm myself with a jig.

that sounds like a cost effective method.
when you insert the 9mm mdf, does it remain solidly at 9o degrees to the slatwall or does it want to slant onto its side?
ie. can it remain upright without any other support?
if not then it sounds ideal.

mountboard storage carts
im trying to get hold of some or one of those mountboard storage carts, second hand if possible.
any second hand versions out there?

Maybe someone can help. I recently bought a second hand Fletcher 2100 mountcutter and have been struggling to cut an aperture which is perfectly square. Its ok for smaller mounts but anything above 600mm in length starts to look odd. its definitely cutting at 89 degree angles or worse. The obvious c...

thanks for the input guys. i had no idea these forums were so quick.
i think im going to go with a combination of lion and DIY. some timber moulding acting as a support for the purlons.
