DIY Framing equipment for sale
Logan Pro Joiner (Under pinner) £75
Logan F100-2 Mitre Saw £75
Mitre Trimmer/Guilotine £50
I started off with these some years ago and they are just gathering dust. Will suit the "hobby" or occasional DIY framer, artist, photographer etc.
All in used but excellent clean condition.

Hi Steve I spent ages trying to source a decent used CS88. I won't touch e-bay (spend too much time in my day job sorting out dodgy e-bay traders!) and found that I would either have to wait indefinately for a good one to come up or buy new. Went for a new one in the end. Got a great price from LION...

Thanks for all the responses. I tend to agree with those who say the bottom corners could have done with something in them, however this was all the guy had to put in the frame. He wanted the minimum of folds and didn't want it to look stretched out or pulled tight either so it's held onto the board...

Problem with Minerva deep rebate moulding
Just finished a doing a shirt using the Minerva (polymer) extra deep rebate moulding. I found that when cutting on the guillotine the left blade pushes the moulding slightly away from the blade as it got near the bottom of the cut. Guillotine is set up fine, rebate supports, nice newly sharpened bla...

A successful rancher died and left everything to his devoted wife. She was determined to keep the ranch, but knew very little about ranching, so she placed an ad in the newspaper for a ranch hand. Two cowboys applied for the job. One was gay and the other a drunk. She thought long and hard about it,...

I would tend to agree to some extent with Osgood here. I have been using Logan studio joiner for 2 years now and it has limitations in clamping deep mouldings and joining larger frames. It's been great for small to medium sizes but not the larger dimensions with deep profiles. It doesn't clamp adequ...

Gary Posted a PM but this is becoming an informative discussion which certainly would have helped me so to repeat myself (apols!).. I worked out the space I wanted (laid the mountcutter out on an open floor with the largest mountboard it could take) then considered that against the space I could aff...
