Yes, minimum is normally around £80 for most of the 'van run' companies... but then a pack of mountboard, a couple of sticks of moulding, a couple of sheets of glass and some backing board along with some other 'sundries' you are normally there or thereabouts.

Not quite Lincolnshire but I bet they have a van route through there... Centrado in Huntingdon.

The problem I find is when cutting lots of frames and using different sides out of different sticks is the NON uniformity of each stick and have to faf about with the joins so they are smooth as some sticks are deeper than others!! :head: then theres the colour match and not forgetting grain differe...

A good optical brightener free canvas and a good quality varnish all printed with pigment inks gives a good fade resistant canvas product. I spray the varnish which leaves the surface really smooth but as it's a water based product I wouldn't want to wipe it down with a wet cloth or use any cleaners...
