We get them from ascdirect.co.uk if you go on the boxbuilder you can make them any size you need. Minimum quantity is 25 of a size.

It is a champ press for putting hangers or hinges onto frame backs.

It is really the jobs as well as the customers we need, so we can check what frames etc. they had in the past.
If not possible we will just have to keep the program on the old computer and use that when needed.

I thought it was a Simon's one when I saw it and I have to agree with Picturemaker that it looks like K/0630 which is still available and according to their spec. is 108 mm wide and 53 mm deep.

I've had a Makita one for donkeys years. It is an 1/2 inch one but it came with collets so you can put 1/4 and 3/8 inch bits in it.

This happens to us sometimes also. I personally believe it is the make up of the board. Not all MDF is the same, some seems more brittle than others. Sorry to say I haven't found a solution, I even thought of buying one of the VERDI saws, but they are quite expensive and I doubt they are good for sm...
