I am trying to achieve a driftwood/distressed brown effect using everest paints.
Tried various colours/techniques but still not getting anything like something acceptable.

I am tryting to finish some ash moulding with a white finish. I have tried various paints, waxes etc but still not getting the finish that looks good enough.
Does anyone have any tips on finishing own frames, especially white.

does anyone know if any other suppliers produce a similar moulding to the Wessex WF180, which is a flat white painted pine moulding? Struggling to find anything with a similar effect ie white painted( max 20mm wide, 10mmplus rebate)

Im looking for some guidance/tips on finishing a bare wood ( ash) moulding in white. Can not see any mouldings from the various suppliers I want so thought of trying my own....
Would you use acrylic paint, wood dye or anything else.

maybe a stupid question but need here in setting ultimat maount cutter top stop to 9.5" - how do I do this when scale on top stop only goes up to 7.5" - an obvious way im sure but cant see it
