Thanks for your reply. I've just looked that up, must be fairly new as I was pretty certain they didn't go below size 1 last I checked.
Food for thought, might be significantly easier than repairing the underpinner!

I've just done some ringing around and it seems they are readily available, if not as widespread as wedges for other machines...

Morning all,
I'm having a bit of an internal debate and thought I'd open it up here.
I use Hoffman routers to join most of my frames but have a job coming up where the moulding will be very thin and think an underpinner would be better. The timber is soft and the frames are 250mm square ...
