Re: Ideas on how to allocate moulding to customer?
Thanks for the the ideas Peter. I think the Sharpie 'x' is the best option for the moment only as we order in boxes of moulding so there's always lengths in stock before they get sold.

Ideas on how to allocate moulding to customer?
In an attempt to avoid over-ordering I am getting 'smarter' with stock-control using an Inventory App on Android but still looking for the best ways to allocate lengths of moulding to the customer who has ordered it so we don't use it for someone else.

CASSESE MACH 4 - DISABLE CLAMPS?
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to disable the rebate clamps on the Cassese Mach 4 as we need to pin some mouldings without leaving a mark on them. Have thought about putting the metal spacer guide in front of the moulding but don't want to damage the teeth on the clamps.

Wizard 8000 corner hook
Can anyone shed any light on why my cutter is getting a small hook in the internal corner of the aperture. I am using a new blade cartridge and the rotation hasn't changed in the settings.

Has anyone with a Wizard 8000 had similar problems when cutting a mount without cutting the outside, the aperture is not centered and is offset about 5mm?

Does anyone use FOAMEX, not Foamboard?
If so...
- Who do you use as suppliers in the UK? (I've got Robert Horne Group number.)
- Can you cut it using a wallmounted Excalibur?
- If not, any tips on cutting it leaving a neat edge?
- Is it expensive?
- What thicknesses does it come in?

Using HOTPRESS 2mm display board in a Dry Mounting Press at 90 degrees, the boards curl dramatically when cooling on a flat surface.
I have checked the temperature is correct with the manufacturers for the DMT used. Does anyone have any tips on how to stops this occuring?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Mark, yes, we've finally bitten the bullet and loving it so far!
