It will tirelessly cut 80 frames an hour, on single phase electric, NO dust extraction needed, its the best thing to a...

2014 Spring Fair

I've been going to the NEC Spring Fair since 1976. This years Spring Fair was INCREDIBLE. Attended by D.J.Simons - Lion and Wessex in the PFS trade Wizard and Gunnar representing the CMC's. Well all one can say is, "will the last one out, please turn the light off. There's enough environment po...

Re: Shrink Wrapping/bubble wrap sealing

Hi, I've been experimenting with cellophane myself. Playing with the heat control I managed to get a good seal. The phone number for Teneo is 01472 250 868 the model is ME-802HW/AF It seems it will seal anything upto heavy plastic like damp proof membrane. Its one fault is NO heat indicator, so you ...

I've just bought one, and its really good for the money. It's a CONSTANT HEAT ROLLER. Works sort of like the 'Magik Wand', but for a fraction of the pric...

Re: Hoffman style mitre Router

Look at the machines properly. The depth stop is on the left side as you look at the machine. The angle plates for positioning the moulding is travelling in a dovetail groove. The machine is clearly aimed at the same level of user as the MU2 Hoffman is. The top plate is slightly smaller by 4 inches ...

Spring Fair

Well my 36th visit to a Spring Fair, and the saddest exhibition for our industry. Could this be the penultimate Art and Framing sector? The Framers Forum members have attempted a show, which is hard work, but not acheiving the needed success. The NEC venue is getting extremely expensive, but in trut...

Me again! A friend wants to know what make/model is the canvas stretcher? Also is the condition Ok and functionng OK? Not trying to be rude, just trying to get a good idea what the item is like. Personally I'm primitive, and still stretch by hand!!! What price do you want for it?
