Check different framing suppliers too if it’s just Lion you’ve looked at. Simon’s will be cheaper, mainline too I think.

I didn't find anyone , I used Mainline in the end.

... My problem is not being able to source a float /tray / L shaped frame with a deep enough rebate. I have searched the usual suppliers; lion, L&J, R&H, Wessex, centrado, mainline plus ebay. Have I missed any suppliers?

Will I have to make my own or are there any hacks to work around it?

I buy new sets when I need them from Mainline Mouldings. They also offer a very professional and first class sharpening service. I certainly wouldn’t buy any second hand Morso blades. As you don’t seem to be getting any leads on here, it might be worth contacting the moulding supplier (I’m assuming Mainline) and asking them if they have any contacts who could help you. They’re far more likely to have knowledge of a framing business with the kind of set up you’re after.

We use Mainline and are very happy with their service. They use a genuine Morso machine for sharpening.

Blades are collected and delivered back to you.

I’m not sure you can get a PDF manual, the manual is in the software.

Simons are the main agents but mainline are also an agent, they can sell you the software. which also comes with team viewer built in, so they can also set it up on line with you.
