If you adjust the rod at the back to adjust so that the blades are as high as possible so when you put your foot on the pedal all the way down the top blades just meet the bottom blades this will give you a maximum standard cut and me be all you need to do good luck.

Thanks prospero but the client wants the profile nielsen 64 to match all there other frames and the wood box frame will be perched on top of the back of the ally frame not inside the ally,
Mark i do want to make a wood box frame to sit on the back of the ally frame,

Hi all need a bit of help for ideas how to make a box frame with niesen ally profile 62 the customer does not want to see any wood on the top of the ally so the box has to sit behind the ally frame does not have to be that deep as it is for a golf ball and photo i cant think of a way to attach the w...

Hi Dave I have done a few footballs using a rose and hollis moulding,fillet and some trim from a local timber merchant. I used mirror as a base so you can see the signatures at the base of the ball, here are some pics if you have any questions please ask.
