I agree with Prospero there, I never use any compressed air in the workshop (apart from the underpinner, but the compressor is in the other room). I do have a separate room where I can do sanding, use air tools etc. Having air flowing in the workshop always seems to increase the appearance of flumbs...

Just micro fibre cloths. They seem to last a fair while before they get a bit streaky. I spray a little 'Method Glass' from Waitrose onto the cloth seems to work a treat. When they do get a bit greasy I just stick them in the wash.

LED light sheets would be the only thing I would choose. Really not cheap though.
I get mine from LEDlightsheet.co.uk, very helpful folks. Saved me a lot of time and money messing about trying to sort out light spots and reflective backs.

Something I found helps is to run a bead of silicon (sorry..I know it's a bit of a curse word) down the gap between the two adjustable fences. This can help support the back from flaking out. It won't cure all mouldings and you'll have to replace it regularly, but it's helped on a lot of mine.

I use 3M tack pads, but i'm sure they're better than I need. And more expensive as well.
I'm sure you can get masses of them for pennies from fleabay or toolstation or screwfix..

I do have a wall cutter, but I never use it. I've never got on with shuffling full sheets of glass behind the cutter track without chipping corners or worse.
