Try sticking a paper backing, same thickness as the photo paper, to the reverse of the foamboard.Using the same adhesive...
This has the effect of equalizing the pressure on the board...
I have used this method in the past...

Regarding the Stanley clamp.I have never had any problems with the strap slipping....................................................

Just last week I found a 1957 newspaper, folded in half & used as padding for a quite expensive ltd ed print.It had been framed by a "Gallery"...

Are you sure those measurements are right..............

I have 4 of the Stanley cramps, as shown above.I find them perfect for job intended...

I do supply "wash-line" mounts to customers, but 5 times out of ten I end up with a dot in the corners of the line.I think a lot of the trouble is that I don`t do enough of them to get the practice in.What do you think i`m doing wrong.I mainly tend to use Tombo double ended brush pens... P...
