Re: moulding??
I've used the 2000/068 in the past with terrible results. The amazing results are posted here ... http://theframersforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=10099. If it's part of the same family I'll just have to make my excuses and leave :) But, it's Friday and the sun is starting to peak around the corn...

Re: moulding??
Thanks for the pointer :) I haven't actually seen the moulding myself - someone brought me in that pic (doesn't make life easy). I don't have a Simons book here at the moment - is that heavy gesso'd range? I had a few of the others and couldn't cut the darn things with the morso. Thanks again for th...

moulding??
It's name that moulding again :) - I've seen quite a few recently and I never thought I'd be playing the game - but can anyone point me in the direction of this moulding or something similar, it's a strange colour - sorta silver/bronze, not quite gold. Can't really see anything like it in the Arqadi...

Re: Raising Morso cutting head?
The saws that I want are just crazy money I do have a old saw at home, tried that in the early days but the cuts were nowhere near good enough for framing. Fine for household stuff though - still use it at home for stuff

Re: Raising Morso cutting head?
Can you??? Good to know, cheers. I've done that nut adjustment thing and I've gained enough. If I need more I'll take a look at the springs. Appreciate the tip

Re: 'Budget' moulding rack
Here's my attempt, maybe a tad overstacked at the moment though. Think the whole cost me about £15 (3 shelves). I've had different reports about the vertical storage - some say it'll warp the wood, others say it won't, I've found leaning a length against the wall will (at my cost) warp it for sure!

Best pen(s) for signature boards
Hi Everyone I've done a few signature boards (if that's the correct term) recently but I've always been concerned that the incorrect pen will be used when writing the comments etc. I don't want something that will fade and be barely visable in a few years time, so far I haven't supplied the pen but ...

Re: Raising Morso cutting head?
Ignore me, I was just trying to be funny They say sarcasm is the lowest form of humour and in this case I agree - I was referring to the edited red circle on the morso pic. Hope I didn't offend because I do appreciate the helpful reply

Re: Business use class
Not too sure about the appointment/ring for service idea - there's a gallery near me that I always liked (from the shop front anyway), recently I had a bit of spare time so I thought I'd take a look inside ...... you had to buzz some silly bell that I couldn't hear errr, buzz and after waiting about...

Raising Morso cutting head?
Just got in a piece of Arqadia moulding (212111246) but in my wisdom I didn't check if I could cut it with my Morso! It appears that I need to raise the blades just less than an inch in order to cut the width. I can see, attached to the top cutting block, there's a vertical rod thing with a nut/thre...
