I would screw a sheet of mdf on to the back which would stop any bowing of the frame and hold it all rigid. Drill sunken pilot holes just in from the edge of the MDF and before screwing on put frame tape around the edge with the sticky side up and stick to the bottom of the MDF so that when it is sc...

Could I just add that when it comes to proof reading it should be carried out by someone else, you can read it yourself and then read over your mistakes

Could be fleece used in horticulture, although very expensive in garden centres a lot cheaper on the roll+

Anne, when putting the pins in you may have to adjust the depth, ie if it is set at 6mm then 12mm will require the depth to be adjusted

Welcome to the forum Anne, it may sound daft but as it is new perhaps some of the packing has been left underneath in the works to stop the top arm travelling down.

The first question I would ask is "who deckled the paper" On looking at your photo I would suggest that when it was deckled the water to soften the paper was contaminated?

Well DaveJ When I have this problem I add small blocks to the rebate supports to increase the height and use DS tape to hold them in place
