Re: HELP WITH A SUPPLIER FOR STAND OFFS

Hi,

I use a local company called NE Plastics for my acrylic and in their showrooms they have various display examples of the products the supply including standoffs of the type you pictured.

not sure if they have a local branch or check out your local suppliers or sign makers?

Regards,

Graham

Have you tried putting a a sacrificial piece under the moulding so the blade still as something to cut through after the paper. it only needs to be a flat strip if fillet?

Re: spare parts for Hot Press HGP360

Hi,

The gas struts can be bought online from a number of suppliers. if you check the value (Newton Metres pressure) and the length and stroke you can then order replacement. As for the catches, i didn't bother but just applied pressure to the top until the vacuum kicked in.

I'd be interested in the second production stop if you would consider selling that seperately?

Re: Hot Press HGP200 handbook?

Hi David,

Unfortunately not as the HGP200 pre-dates these manuals and has a different control system but thanks for looking.

Re: Cassese clamp type

Sorry for the delayed reply Ed.

the inner part of the moulding is pinned using the Lion's presser which is quite deep and the outer using the white shallow trianglular one as you just slide out the Lions one and insert the white - saves having to adjust the height of the presser arm.

I love this one as https://www.lionpic.co.uk/p/13263/Lion-Adjustable-Magnetic-Head-For-Cassese (a) its easy to remove whilst clamping moulding to ensure perfect alignment (b) together with the white presser its ideal for tray frames without having to alter the height - Lions for the inner part and w...
