I had the same feeling. Like I said earlier one of the sales team told me that they don’t get complaints.
I think to get the complaints through to the right people we need to complain directly to the directors by finding their email address & see if they reply or if they pass it down.

We are in the same situation size wise but if the suppliers start to get a lot of complaints from us then they will have to start addressing the problems. You are able to cut a 1200 board along it's length & that I was able to cut the mount with a reminder on technique, but it's main function is mount cutter not a board cutter.

Sounds like a plan, I must admit I wasn't really that keen on acrylic anyway.

I was thinking of something similar but we tend to specialise in panoramics. The smaller ones would be ok but the larger ones say 800mm & above I can't think on how to stop them flexing unless they are shipped in a rigid box which makes cost an issue. Just out of interest which courier do you use?
