Adapt the design shown so you can hang chevrons both sides and hinge to the wall. Sorted

Re: Axcaliber MT1 mitre trimmer

It did. Cut the moulding slightly over length with the saw and then take very narrow shaves off to take the moulding to length required leaving a nice smooth finish.

Re: Axcaliber MT1 mitre trimmer

I think the idea of these is to fine tune after a mitre saw cut. I suspect you could use to shave of to create a mitred cut from scratch. I have one from when I started out. If still interested in one PM me as looking to sell my one as now have the Morso

Interesting article in the PFM December magazine on framing a book. Covers framing an open hardback book but could give you some ideas to adapt.

Re: Morso Blade Spanner

By locking the foot pedal down the blades are lowered so the cutting edge is no longer exposed. A safety feature. Also handy if moving the Morso when cleaning around it or even cleaning and servicing the Morso

Re: Morso Blade Spanner

Just found the correct name to be Morso Fence Handle. They lock / unlock the fences to adjust the angle. These can lift off and also fit the pedal locking nut

Re: Morso Blade Spanner

Why not use the fence spanner to lock the foot pedal down each night? These lift off easily and are always attached to the machine. You can then keep the spanner with the spare blades as suggested

Re: Morso problems

If the pedal is travelling as far as it can then it sounds like you may need to adjust connecting rod that connects the foot pedal to the knife block.

Re: minigraf 4 air leak

From previous experience on air brake systems an air leak coming from an exhaust port on one valve all too frequently was caused by a seal leak on another valve. One way to trace is using the plumbing diagram for the air system and then tracing. I know this isn't giving you the direct answer but air...

Re: Morso rebate supports

Hi, just found the invoice. Part number 2858 £145 +vat. Very useful and handy. Depending on the year of manufacture of your Morso relatively easy to fit. Some Morso's have pre-drilled holes.

Re: Morso rebate supports

I bought mine just before Christmas from Lion. I couldn't find it in their catalogue but a quick phone call solved it. I can't recall their reference but I recall the Morso reference number is 0900. They were able to find them from that
