Thanks so much - that looks really promising, I could not decipher the arrows or tape path on my copy that came with it
I will give it a try

Re: Colour printer advice
I own an old Fuji finepex which is about 7 years old! Iwould probably not be to print photos for long term but more for e.g. making your own Christmas cards etc and would continue to get those done professionally. My main concern is not getting stung by buying a cheap printer that has expensive inks...

Colour printer advice
Hi Just wondering if any of you would recommend a particular colour printer for e.g. printing business cards, general admin/paper work. It is not something that I will be using to print any art work for customers although something with decent quality production for my own photos would be handy. I w...

Moulding supports

I know that they need to be supported at close, regular intervals but also be accessible and easy to view with minimal h...

Re: What do I use for a worktop surface?
Thanks for all the tips and do's and dont's! The worktop I am using is from old lab benches so has a plastic kind of material on it so I will probably keep this for the lint free/glass cutting area which will be where my cassese underpinner will also be mounted against. Then it can be easily cleaned...

Re: What do I use for a worktop surface?
I have one 8 x 4ft and one 6 x 4ft
Will it pay in the long term to put down a good quality covering once - I am trying to save money where I can
Would it be a false economy to skimp on this?

Re: What do I use for a worktop surface?
Thanks.
Carpet tiles and the above stuff are still quite expensive.
Just a thought, does anyone recommend using cutting mat (s). Realise that I will not be cutting directly on them much but would be hard wearing. Can you get it on a roll.
Thanks

What do I use for a worktop surface?
Hi, Any suggestions as to what to use for the finishing surface for my worktops? Floatex is one idea but this is incredibly expensive at around £30 per square metre I was thinking of the kind of leatherette material like you can get from e.g. Dunelm Mill at around £7 per square metre as it is lint f...

Re: WANTED - MOUNTBOARD STORAGE/WORKBENCH
Hi,
I just wanted to say that my slat wall based storage bench is nearly done - just need to add the worktop and the cosmetic trimmings.
Thanks for all the tips.
And.....in case you wondered.......it is the correct height too!

Keencut Ultimat Gold 48"
Dear all I have one of the above mountcutters and wanted to know if these just "sit" on the work top or if they are fixed? When I have used them on my training courses they seem fairly fixed but there are no obvious fixing points on it or that I can see in the instructions. Does it just re...

Re: WANTED - MOUNTBOARD STORAGE/WORKBENCH
Hi, I meant to ask you all what internal storage space you need for the mountboard? The sheets seem to come in 44" x 32" but do you need a couple of inches clearance above them for easy access so you don't "ding" them when moving them in and out? Once you have added "toe spa...
