I have being using this with the new version of the mingraff 44 (it has a different name now).

quite loud but needs no oil, I just switch it off when not in use. works well so far.

thanks for responses guess its gonna have to be a few extra pulled through hinges, I have several pieces of artwork with torn edges that customers want displayed.

Float mounting at all four corners on small pieces work well. Is there another method for larger pieces of art work say 30"x40" upwards. work can tend to slightly bow of give off a an unequal shadow and come away from the back mount. Putting lots of hinges in place seems to go against the ...

Sometimes the corner is just not as tight on a frame as I like, any suggestions for a clamp whilst the glues sets in?

if you have a slight impression on mount board you could try swipinging a moist cotton swab/earbud. Introducing slight moisture enables fibres to relax and turn to their original appearence, I am quoting from a JAmes Miller book.

displaying mounted only art/work for sale

How do you good folks display mounted only work/prints for sale beyond display stands that customers flick through. Trying to work out how I can use the display hanging system which was already installed to display mounted work. Its set up to use the string on the back of framed work.

Just to feedback. Keen cut have seen the photos of the issues I was having and have suggested that I change the direction I rotate the mount board as in from anti clock wise to clock wise, this feels weird but definately helps with this issue. The other suggestion was to very slightly lift the long ...

Having spoken with Kencut direct they advice using the tech s 012 blades for whitecore mount board, sadly only half the use for the same price as the double sided ones. Tech d apprently are for "normal" mount board which is what I thought white core was.....

So heres the really frustrating thing I can make two cuts that go through 3rd doesnt quite, forth all the way through and this is after changing blade etc :head:

At the moment it feels like is needs chaning after 10 cuts of so, this feels a tad to few cuts personally than what I am use to.
