You try using a roller blind (worth looking in charity shops when they are open) and save yourself some money.

Re: Covid safe handling proceedures.
One of the things that will help customer assurance is when the contents of packages etc. (including paper work such as invoices) are marked as Covid 19 free. At the moment, in our household, every time a package is delivered the bell or door knocker, letter box, the outside packaging and all the co...

Re: Re Picture frame Visualisation software – recommendations
You might find it better to first try an App called 'Frame Builder' by Clairanne Filaudeau. It runs on an ipad and iphone. It comes with a basic price but there are additional costs for extra features. You will not break the bank if you purchase all. I've used it for a number of years and the suppor...

I use a custom flight case to store my mountcutter when it is not on the bench. Keeps it protected. But you still need the space to store the case. The case I have has wheels on one end to make it more moveable.

HikVision are considered to be amongst the best. We've had ours for about 3 years in the house. Make sure that the hard drive or drives are the heavy duty or network ones as ordinary hard drives will burn out quickly. Recently, there was an incident in the local area and the police wanted video from...

Re: Specification of mountboard changed?
At a roadshow earlier this year I was talking to the Crescent representative and he said that they have a huge warehouse out in the 'mid-west' where they store supplies of all discontinued mountboards for 5 years. He said this was for litigation reasons as it is cheaper than fighting in court agains...

Prospero, Does the family know that you have the artwork? If it is not worth a lot it may be valuable in other ways to heirs. If valuable the executors of the estate would need to know.

Re: Moving the group to a social media site?
If you move to something like FB it will need to be decided whether it is an open or closed group. An open group widens the possible interested audience but also exposes the audience to what I would call the 'disruptive brigade', who have no interest whatsoever in the subject etc. A closed group wou...

Re: epson claria photo HD ink
Sounds like you may benefit from going on a printing course such as the ones run by the Imaging Warehouse. Their courses are based around Permajet products (and Epson). The cost of the course could be recouped by choosing the right paper etc.
