Ok so no glass touching, so then the only way is to glue and like roboframer said just few dabs of starch paste here and there, any places that it wants to flop dab some paste.

A little syringe would help you loads.

My eyes get drawn straight to mylar.

Sandwich it is glass, there is a vacuum effect that will keep it in place.

I frame alot of stencils and notes like that.
