Re: Gummed paper dispenser - HELP!
Thanks. Don't know why that wasn't in the box. I looked on the web for instructions and emailed the manufacturers with no joy. Didn't think to check Amazon

Gummed paper dispenser - HELP!
I have just purchased a manual gummed paper dispenser (EPS-80)
It came with no instructions and I can't work out how to thread it. Whatever I do, the end of the paper disappears inside when I tear it off using the tear strip.
Can someone tell me how this is meant to work?
Peter

Re: Ultimat Futura Backlash problem
I'm sure you are right. It's not an issue really and I have just cut a 3 aperture board with no problem at all.Jamesnkr wrote:It's the only thing the Logan did better...
Trust me, after a few mounts you'll forget all about it!
I just wondered if I might be missing something

Ultimat Futura Backlash problem
Backlash is the only word I can think of to describe it I have recently moved from a Logan hobby mount cutter to an Ultimat Futura. One thing that the Logan did better is that that it has a button on the bevel cutter that locks it in place as the blade is lowered. This prevents the blade moving back...

Re: Morso rebate supports
I went up to Lion today and picked one up. Works well and easy to fit.
One warning: don't do what I did and use an impact driver to insert the ST screws. One of them sheared and it was a hell of a job to drill out and fit another

Re: Morso rebate supports
Here is the picture showing what I mean. The left hand rebate support has been pushed forward and is obstructing the RH one

Re: Morso rebate supports
I think I have worked out what I was doing wrong
I was not taking a deep enough bite for my first cut and was pushing the rebate supports in too far - beyond the blade point. If I take a bigger bite first time I can push the supports in far enough
Problem sorted!

Morso rebate supports
I have just acquired a second hand Morso guillotine.
I am finding that the left and right rebate supports foul on each other if I try to use them both and try to slide them in to touch the moulding. Is this because I am only meant to use one at a time or have I possibly assembled them wrong?
