You can do them with factory finished mouldings,

Have you put a new cutting wheel on?

I think your best to play with the frame samples you have it will give you a great insight to what they will look like,

I have just looked on wickes website and £6.00 for a 60cm length in nickel or brass i have not used hurl hinges,

Have you got a sheet of foam on top of the rubber membrane in the press? if not this could be your problem.

They cost me about £25.00 with the postage back plus the postage to them but they done such a good job i will keep using them regardless if they are more expensive which i dont know if they are to be honest.

Give them a call and they can confirm prices.

My toyo cutter swivels i think your ok

They used to be different colours when you looked at the reflection from a light i think if it was green it was the lower uv and if its purple its the higher maybe the other way around sorry this is from memory,
