Try getting on chop service, if it's chipped when it arrives, send it back, also it should join better.

Or don't have a sample of it on your wall, then you will not have to steer customers away from it :giggle:

You answered you own question in the opening post, leave it alone, if the customer is saying they don't want it restored, they are really saying they don't want to spend the money to have a restorer do the job.

Not tried this but you could cut a up-side down smile in the mount and have the back part of the beret going through the cut out so the excess is behind the mount

Just an up date, it's like the good old days with Dial-up connection before Broadband, it's the same here at work in Bath on BT Broadband and at home in Bristol on Sky Broadband (OK it's the same as BT as Sky uses their network) :head: :xcomputer:
