Clearing cache and cookies in your browser usually clears up the problems you mention above, Trecelin.

You can Google how to do this, but this site probably has the guide for completing this task on your browser.

While Pre-View works seamlessly with EstLite and BBEst, neither are required.

As Steve says, the biggest challenge of using visualisation on a home visit will be taking an acceptable photo of your customer's job in the first place.
