bought a new cassese from Phil at Ashworth and Thompson in the end

Thanks both we made this at the same time as making a similar but much larger frame for an original by Rick Garland which he based a painting on Milais Ophelia we have recorded the bulk off the project and will up load to you tube when it's done Yes, shame it's for a print but it gives people ideas ...

PM me your e mail address I have a good friend who is a paper conservator and has lectured on the subject . He could maybe e mail you something which will explain the cause in detail and offer some weight to your explanation. He may also be able to offer some advice on how to treat the paper to flat...
