Was thinking of also getting an external HD - maybe not a good idea now . It is time for a replacement computer anyway - thinking of one with solid state drive :D anyone any experience of these drives - are they similar to dvd player ssd's ? are they worth the extra dough.

Hi All and thanks for suggestions - tried everything (several times) - have now determined that the drive must be knackered. Yes it did work fine on both commercial and 'home burned' dvd's - still works on 'home burned'. But its well past its mean-time to failure (its 5 years old) . These OEM drives...

Like the new website (after changing my p/w - couldn't get in first time) and always seem to get very rapid delivery without specifying next day. Like Arqadia - in fact- only mouldings i use.

Just popped into Westfields, Stratford today, next to the Olympic park. In the chemist they were selling commemorative Olympic condoms, available in Gold,Silver or Bronze colours. I was going to buy the gold ones, but Mrs H insisted I got the silver, said she was sick and tired of me coming first.

Could be a prob with the original fixing of the developed print. Get the customer to have it copied and digitised and frame it again . I don't think its your fault.
